My Goals In Life: In the book "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen R. Covey, it talks about Goal Setting. It says that one must start out by setting their Top 10 Goals in Life and recite them aloud 3 times a day for 30 days. Doing this process will implant these goals into your sub-concience and will keep your brain thinking about these goals without intentionally or knowingly doing so. You then must focus in on your Long-Term, Short-Term, Yearly, Monthly, Weekly and then Daily Goals while focusing each day to "Sharpen the Saw". Sharpening the Saw consists of focusing daily do do something Mentally, Physically, Socially/Emotionally, and Spiritually, this brings you to that state of Tranquility to enable you to accomplish your goals with that extra degree of effort.
